A Family Creative Legacy

Long before Wailea Art, our family spent decades working professionally in the creative industries.

Our experience spans bespoke ceramic jewelry design, professional photography, graphic design, advertising, and art direction. As an Art Director, our work included leading creative and advertising campaigns for major Hollywood studios, creating feature-film posters, billboards, and national advertising seen across the country.

That same professional eye for composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling now goes into every piece we create — simply focused on a subject much closer to home: the light, color, culture, and spirit of Hawaii.

Every Wailea Art piece begins as an original creative work, combining digital media, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and hand-drawn illustration.

Our collections draw inspiration from the places, landscapes, colors, and character of the islands — from the resort coastline of Wailea and Kapalua, to the historic streets of Lahaina, the beaches and landscapes of Maui, and the vibrant energy of Honolulu and Oahu.

The finished artwork is reproduced as a museum-quality print, created to bring the distinctive visual character of Hawaii into homes, businesses, and retail spaces.

All Wailea Art artwork is open edition rather than limited edition.
